Smoked Gooda

Gouda is an iconic Dutch cheese. This dairy-free version, crafted from coconut milk, produces a firm table cheese with a distinctive smoke flavor which is very reminiscent of dairy smoked Gouda. It’s wonderful for snacking with crackers but adds a gourmet touch when sliced for cold sandwiches or melted on grilled sandwiches.

Ingredients: Coconut Milk, Lemon Juice, Agar, Nutritional Yeast, Sea Salt, Pectin, Liquid Smoke, Worcestershire Sauce, Xanthan Gum, Water

 

Cheddah Cheeze Ball

This cashew based cheese, smothered in crunchy toasted almond slices is simply delicious.  The combination of sun-dried tomato, miso and a little sherry make this a melt in your mouth sweat/savory sensation.  Slice it onto crackers or a sandwich.

Pub Cheddah

This tangy addition to our line up carries flavours of our local craft beer with smooth undertones.

Ingredients: Roasted Cashews, Craft Beer, Nutritional Yeast, Miso, Rejuvelac, Kappa Carrageenan, Sea Salt.

 

Baked Feddah

Almond based cheese with a crumbly texture. It has a very tangy, salty flavor and is wonderful for topping Mediterranean salads, pizza or for using in recipes such as Greek Spanakopita.

This potato and carrot based sauce is a wonderful base for mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes,  cheesy dips or simply drizzled over vegetables. Very popular with the kids.

A fermented cashew based cheese, aged to bring out a tangy flavour and a firm texture.

Grated Parmazahn

This Parmesan has a granular texture. While it lacks the “stinky” odor component of dairy parmesan, it has its own unique identity and savory flavor which will complement any dish calling for parmesan.

Buffalo Motzahrella

A semi-soft cheese with a mild lactic flavor,  scooped into round balls and chilled in a brine solution.  It melts nicely when sliced and baked on bruschetta or pizza.
